Tai Chi/ Qigong: strentgh, flexibility & balance
Qigong and Tai Chi for Health and Wellness
Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice that combines
physical postures, movement, breathing techniques, and focused intention to
cultivate and balance the body's vital energy, known as "qi" or
"chi." It is often described as a form of moving meditation,
promoting physical health, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. The
practice features various forms and styles. Some focus on health benefits,
while others, such as Tai Chi, emphasize martial art applications. Regular
practice enhances flexibility, strength, and stress management.
Tammy Kearce has practiced Qigong and Tai Chi for more than
a decade and became certified to teach in 2025. She currently teaches at The
Yoga Garden Collective in Freeport, Florida, and Time to Be Present Wellness in
DeFuniak Springs, Florida.

years.
